Labour Policy

The Right against Exploitation is enshrined in Articles 23 and 24 of the Indian Constitution. These are important Fundamental Rights that guarantee every citizen protection from any kind of forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking and child labour.

The University also ensures the same by having a policy commitment. The Heads/Directors of Departments/Centres ensure that proper procedures and rules are followed in this aspect.
